Residential, Condo, Multi-Family: Mr. Vallez has managed and developed a number of successful multi-family residential condominium and apartment projects, from concept to completion. Working for Adolfson & Peterson, he managed the construction of the Broadway Courts Apartments and Retail Complex.  Working within the Wensmann Development and Construction Company in Minnesota, he oversaw multiple projects from land acquisition, due diligence, design project management, and self-perform construction project management.
